reviews. Initially we will discuss the issues to be covered in the
project. This can be by email, phone or meeting. We will then
issue an engagement letter on which we will outline the terms of
reference of the work to be carried out, the time frame expected
and the fee we will charge. These terms must be agreed by the
client before we begin our work.
